Lobby — $99/mo
The occasion client
Books ACE two to four times a month for specific moments — a client dinner, an airport run, a wedding. Doesn’t need a standing relationship, but wants to be known and prioritized when it matters. Uses the banked Sedan hour once a month as a baseline and books additional trips at the member discount.
3 bookings × $250 avg — 5% saves $37.50/mo + $75 banked = over $100 in value for $99.
Condo — $299/mo
The active executive
Transportation is part of how they show up professionally. ATL twice a week, client hosting monthly, an event or two on the calendar. Needs the vehicle right, communication proactive and dates held before the public can book them. Uses all 3 banked hours and adds six to ten more bookings per month at the member rate.
$2,000/mo in bookings → 15% saves $300. Membership pays for itself and adds $300 value in banked hours.
Penthouse — $749/mo
The fully-managed client
Transportation is not something they manage — it is handled. The dedicated concierge knows their schedule, preferences and standing needs. Six banked hours cover the weekly rhythm; the 20% discount covers everything beyond. Fleet advisory and sourcing handle the bigger picture.
$4,000/mo in bookings → 20% saves $800 + $600 bank value = $1,400 total value for $749.

Request through the ACE concierge line or booking form. Banked hours apply automatically to qualifying vehicles when confirmed.

Once banked hours are used, your member discount — 5%, 15% or 20% — applies to every additional booking that cycle, automatically.

Cycle resets

Unused hours expire at cycle end for Lobby and Condo. Penthouse members may roll unused hours into the following month once.

Banked hours apply to Luxury Sedan service (Lobby) or Luxury SUV service (Condo & Penthouse). All vehicle categories are available to all members for additional bookings at the member discount. Exotic and specialty vehicles are always quoted separately.

Membership FAQ

Do I need a membership to book ACE?

No. ACE takes non-member bookings at any time. Membership is for clients who want banked hours, automatic discounts, priority scheduling and a relationship that knows their movement patterns — not just a one-time ride.

What is a movement bank?

A movement bank is a credit of transportation hours added to your account at the start of each monthly cycle. Lobby receives one Luxury Sedan hour; Condo receives three Luxury SUV hours; Penthouse receives six. The hours apply automatically to your first qualifying bookings each cycle.

What happens to unused banked hours?

Lobby and Condo hours expire at the end of the billing cycle. Penthouse members may roll unused hours into the following month once — they do not accumulate beyond that.

When does my discount apply?

Automatically, on every booking beyond your banked hours, across all vehicle categories. No codes. No renegotiating. Your rate is applied the moment the booking is confirmed.

Can I change my tier?

Yes, at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately and the new movement bank credits at your next cycle start. Downgrades take effect at the following cycle.

Is there a contract or minimum commitment?

Membership runs month-to-month. Cancellation requires 30 days written notice. Penthouse terms are reviewed and confirmed during the application process.

How do I apply for Penthouse?

Penthouse membership is available by invitation or formal application review. Submit a request through the form and ACE will reach out directly to discuss fit, terms and onboarding.
