What you are actually buying is the plan.
Prom transportation is booked by parents and paid for by parents, so ACE treats the booking parent or organizer as the client. The itinerary, the driver and the vehicle are confirmed with you before the night. Multiple pickups, the photo stop, the venue and the return are sequenced into one schedule rather than improvised in a group chat. Your student gets a night that feels like an occasion; you get a plan you can actually see.

Who does ACE communicate with on the night?

Can we do multiple pickups?
Yes. Multiple residence pickups, a photo location, the venue and the return are sequenced into one confirmed schedule.
What size vehicle do we need?
A Sprinter covers eight to fourteen, a mini bus twenty to twenty-seven, and an executive coach thirty-seven to fifty-five. ACE will size it against the final count.
How early should we book?
As early as possible. Prom weekends concentrate demand across the whole metro, so group vehicles get committed well ahead of the date.
Can we combine a specialty arrival with a group vehicle?
Yes. A Maybach or Rolls-Royce arrival alongside a shuttle for the wider group is a common configuration and is planned as one booking.
