Prom transportation is booked by parents and paid for by parents, so ACE treats the booking parent or organizer as the client. The itinerary, the driver and the vehicle are confirmed with you before the night. Multiple pickups, the photo stop, the venue and the return are sequenced into one schedule rather than improvised in a group chat. Your student gets a night that feels like an occasion; you get a plan you can actually see.

How prom night groups are typically set up
Eight to fourteen students sharing a Luxury Sprinter. The whole group travels together, the itinerary goes to the booking parent, and nobody is calculating rideshares at midnight.
A mini bus or executive coach for twenty or more. Common when a school, parent committee or hotel block wants everyone handled under one plan with one coordinator.
A Maybach or Rolls-Royce for a smaller group, plus a Sprinter or mini bus for the wider party. Both vehicles planned as one booking with one confirmed schedule.

One confirmed itinerary
Final passenger count decides the vehicle. Groups grow late, so ACE sizes with that in mind.

Prom weekends fill fast. The date is the deadline.
Sprinters, mini buses and coaches are committed weeks before prom night. The specific vehicle you want is only available until another group books it — and there is no waitlist.
A Maybach or Rolls-Royce arrival can be confirmed to one group per evening. Once those are committed for a date, they are off the calendar for that night.
Multiple pickups, a photo stop and a venue-end return need to be sequenced before the night. The earlier ACE has the details, the cleaner the plan.
A reservation is not confirmed without a deposit. The vehicle remains available to anyone else until the deposit clears.

What size vehicle do we need?
A Sprinter covers eight to fourteen, a mini bus twenty to twenty-seven, and an executive coach thirty-seven to fifty-five. ACE will size it against the final count.
How early should we book?
As early as possible. Prom weekends concentrate demand across the whole metro, so group vehicles get committed well ahead of the date.
Can we combine a specialty arrival with a group vehicle?
Yes. A Maybach or Rolls-Royce arrival alongside a shuttle for the wider group is a common configuration and is planned as one booking.
