Why an account

The transportation is the easy part. The control is the point.

Any company can book a car. What breaks at scale is everything around it: who is allowed to book, who approves it, whether the visiting client got picked up, what it cost this quarter, and whether the same standard applied on the fourth trip as the first. An ACE corporate account defines authorized requesters, billing controls, approvals and reporting up front, so your assistant can book without a card and you can still see the whole picture.

Questions

Corporate transportation FAQ

Can more than one person book on our account?

Yes. Corporate accounts define authorized requesters, so assistants and coordinators can book within the controls you set.

Do you invoice the company instead of charging a card per trip?

Yes. Accounts include billing controls and consolidated invoicing rather than per-trip card charges.

Can you handle a multi-day conference or roadshow?

Yes. Multi-day, multi-vehicle programs are planned as one coordinated movement with a single point of accountability.

What reporting do we get?

Service approvals and usage reporting keep transportation spend visible to the account owner rather than scattered across expense reports.

We only need this occasionally. Is an account still worth it?

Not always. If the volume is light, standard chauffeur service or airport transportation may be the better fit, and ACE will say so.
