What information should I provide when booking?
Airline, flight number, passenger phone, luggage count, pickup address and any child-seat needs. Anything you do not know yet can be confirmed later, and it will not hold up your request.
How early should I leave for the airport?
ACE recommends departure timing based on your airport, terminal, traffic conditions and the specific trip, rather than applying a fixed rule to every booking.
What is the difference between ITP and OTP pricing?
ITP means inside the I-285 perimeter and OTP means outside it. OTP trips cover more distance and time, so they carry a higher starting rate.
Does ACE track delayed flights?
Yes. ACE follows the actual arrival time rather than only the scheduled time, and your driver confirms the meeting plan when you land.
