Point-to-point car service ends when you are dropped off. Hourly Concierge Driven service holds the vehicle and the driver for your whole reserved block, which is what makes multi-stop days, client hosting and evenings out work without renegotiating a ride at every stop. ACE prepares the route, the cabin and the timing before you get in, and the driver waits with the vehicle between stops.

Is there a minimum?
Concierge Driven service carries a three-hour standard. Airport transfers are priced per trip rather than hourly — see airport transportation.
Does the chauffeur stay with me between stops?
Yes. Hourly service holds both the vehicle and your Concierge Driver for the reserved window, including waiting time between stops.
Can I add stops or extend once the day starts?
Yes, where the schedule allows. Additional stops and extended time are added to the final amount at the quoted rate rather than renegotiated on the spot.
Do members pay less?
Condo members receive fifteen percent off Concierge Driven service; Penthouse members receive twenty percent plus included monthly hours.
Can one booking cover several vehicles?
Yes. Multi-vehicle movements are coordinated as a single plan. For larger groups see corporate and group transportation.
