How far ahead should we book?
As soon as the date and venues are set. Specialty vehicles are limited and confirmed per date, so the earlier the timeline exists, the more options remain open.
Can one booking cover the couple and the guests?
Yes, and it should. Arrival, wedding party, family and guest shuttles planned together is what removes the handoff gaps.
What if the ceremony or photos run long?
Weddings are quoted as a reserved window rather than a single trip, so overruns are absorbed where the schedule allows and added at the quoted rate.
Do you coordinate with our planner and venue?
Yes. ACE works from the same timeline your planner is running and confirms staging and access with the venue directly.
Can you handle guest shuttles from a hotel block?
Yes. Continuous hotel-to-venue shuttle loops are a standard configuration, sized to the guest count and the reception end time.
